LOOK WHAT I HAVE
………
I just got the most random pack of baseball cards. There’s 100 in total. I’m in the giving mood and (Save for maybe 1 or two which I’ll decide in due time), I’m gonna give them away to whomever wants one. This time I’ll actually follow through since it’s the holidays. So listed under the team that…
Check Mel’s list out, guys - there’s some nice catches there!
Bryan suggested I do this post some time back, and I’ve finally got a few minutes so I’ll write up a little ‘looking for’ post.
As everyone knows, my goal in card collecting is to obtain every Jed Lowrie card ever made. I’ve garnered up quite a few - I have nine now - thanks to all of you. You guys are awesome!
My next goal card-wise will be trying to find things related to my adopted Orioles starter Brian Matusz. I absolutely adore the kid and I regularly go to Camden Yards for his starts now. I’m also quite a big fan of Daniel Murphy of the Mets, the namesake of my cat, so if you happen to come across him and you feel the need to part with him you can always send him here!
Oh, and anything Stanford-related works, too. Because I am in the process of converting you all to loving Cardinal baseball and you know I’m obsessed. I’m particularly fond of Jed Lowrie’s “best friend in the whole world,” John Mayberry Jr.
So…yeah. That’s it.
YESSSS.
Just unlocked these two cards through Topps’ Million Card Giveaway. I’ve got eight cards total now, sweet!
I am seriously thinking of ordering these today. I might just do it now, actually.
